摘要
故障情况下的电网瞬间电压波动和传统备自投装置切换时间较长对化工生产装置造成的不良影响,无法满足连续性生产的需要。介绍了固态切换开关(Solid-state Transfer Switch,SSTS)的基本原理,研究了采用基于电力电子技术的固态切换开关的技术措施实现主备电源系统之间的无缝切换。经过现场实际测试,该技术确实可提高化工企业供配电系统抗电网电压扰动的能力,对增强供配电系统的安全性、稳定性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
To ensure production continuity of chemical facilities and avoid the adverse effect over chemical facilities of sudden voltage fluctuations and relative longer transition time traditional BZT takes, this paper introduces the principles of Solid-state Transfer Switch (SSTS) and analyzes the seamless transitions between primary and auxiliary power systems, which are based on electrical-and-electronic enabled Solid-state Transfer Switch. On-site tests indicate that this technology can enhance power systems resistance to electric network disturbance, thus improving stability, accountability and security of the power systems.
