摘要
目的探讨临床药学对医疗质量管理的作用。方法采用围术期抗菌药使用监测、处方点评、药品不良反应监测、药占比管理等方法对医院临床用药进行规范。结果围术期抗菌药用药时间、药品品种选择日趋合理;处方质量有所提高;药品不良反应报告数量有所增加,质量有所提高;全院药占比控制在45%以下。结论医院开展临床药学工作,对提升医疗质量管理具有促进作用。
Objective：To explore the role of clinical pharmacy in the medical quality management.Methods：The clinical administration of drugs is standardized by monitoring the use of antibiotics in perioperative period,evaluating prescriptions,observing adverse drug reactions,controlling cost.Results：The timing and selection of antibiotics have become rational.The quality of prescriptions has improved.Reports of adverse drug reactions have increased,and the quality of drug administration improved.The proportion of drug cost has fallen below 45%.Conclusion：The work of clinical pharmacy plays a promoting role in improving medical quality management.
