摘要
针对一种工业循环流化床(CFB)装置专利技术,提出了新的返料换热装置方案。并在一个循环流化床冷模试验系统中,对返料换热装置气固流动特性与结构尺寸的关系进行了试验研究。通过改变回料换热室进出口结构尺寸,增设径向侧送风等,观察分析不同结构参数条件对回料系统内床料气固流动状况的影响。试验得到了回料室进口底流孔面积、返料口高度、立管径向侧风等结构参数与返料换热装置内的气固流动参数之间的定性和定量关系。
Based on the patent technology of a small circulating fluidized bed(CFB) device,a new scheme of returning heat exchanger device was developed.And cold test on the relationship between the structure sizes and the gas-solid flow characteristics was studied in the CFB boiler model system.By changing the geometric dimensions of the inlet and outlet of back-feeding chamber,adding lateral air supply in radial direction,the gas-solid flow characteristics of back-feeding system in different structural parameters and operating conditions were analyzed.The results show that the qualitative and quantitative relationship between gas-solid flow characteristics in returning heat exchanger device and structural parameters of back-feeding chamber,such as the area of bottom orifice,height of returning orifice,lateral air supply for standpipe and so on.
