摘要 中温(37±2℃)条件下采用有效容积为3L的UASB厌氧反应器处理含高浓硫酸盐的制药废水,驯化3个月后,在进水COD浓度为9500 mg/L,SO42-浓度为2500~3500 mg/L的情况下,容积负荷可达到9.5kgCOD/(m3.d),水力停留时间24h,SO42-去除率达到70%,COD去除率为30%,对应的最适COD/SO42-比值为2.5~3。本实验研究为利用UASB厌氧反应器处理制药废水提供了参考依据。 Under the condition of medium temperature(37±2℃),a 3L mesophilic UASB reactor is used to treat the high SO42-and high COD pharmaceutical wastewater.Under steady condition and influent COD of 9500mg/L,influent SO42-of 2500~3500mg/L,the volumetric COD loading could reach 9.5kgCOD/m3·d with HRT of 24 hours and SO42-removal rate over 70%,COD removal rate over 70%,corresponding to the optimal COD/SO42-ratio is 2.5~3.This experiment offers a reference for the anaerobic treatment technology of pharmaceutical wastewater.
