密封圈在生物质油中的溶胀安定性研究 被引量:2

摘要 参考GB/T1690—2006硫化橡胶耐液体试验方法,对三种车用O型圈(丁氰橡胶、氟橡胶、硅橡胶)在40℃下浸泡在三种油品(生物质原油、精馏油、乳化油)中7天,对橡胶质量、尺寸(外径、截面直径)和表面形貌进行了考查。结果表明:生物质原油对丁氰橡胶的溶胀性影响最大,其质量、尺寸均发生很大变化,变化率分别为52.40%、18.45%、33.30%;精馏油对氟橡胶溶胀性影响较大,质量、尺寸变化率分别为85.65%、128.81%、73.33%;乳化油对硅橡胶具有很大的溶胀性,质量、尺寸变化率分别为49.84%、13.56%、18.00%。硅橡胶对生物质原油及精馏油有较好的抗溶胀性,丁氰橡胶和氟橡胶对乳化油有很好的抗溶胀性。 Base on the China national standard method of vulcanized rubbers resistance to liquids(GB/T1690-2006),the effects of three bio-oils on the swelling stability of rubber seal ring were studied.The results showed the variable swelling properties of the three kinds of automotive rubbers(Nitrile-Butadiene rubber,FKM,Silicone rubber) immersed into the three kinds of oil samples(raw bio-oil,distillation,emulsion) for 7 days at 40℃.The effect of the raw bio-oil on the NBR was more serious than others.The variations of mass,diameter,section diameter were 52.40%,18.45%,33.30% respectively.The effect of distillated bio-oil on FKM was more serious than others.The variations of mass,diameter,section diameter were 85.65%,128.81%,73.33% respectively.What is more,the effect of emulsion on silicone rubber was more serious than others.The variations of mass,diameter,section diameter were 49.84%,13.56%,18.00% respectively.The silicone rubber has the excellent resistance to swelling of the raw bio-oil,and the NBR and FKM have the excellent resistance to the swelling of distillated bio-oil.
