A method was presented to test the torque and angle of car seat adjuster.The torque was tested by the output torque of an AC servo motor drive.The angle was tested by servo motor encoder.The control processes,problems that should pay attention to were illustrated.The test equipment was designed.The device has no external torque sensors and angle detection sensor,and its structure is simple,practical and reliable.
