摘要
本文针对上海城市高层住宅及其居住环境这一起来越显得重要的都市居住形态，在问卷调查统计的基础上，分析了其居民最满意的方面和最抱怨的问题；并结合新加坡组屋规划指标的经验，进一步探讨改善和促进这一都市居住形态发展的有关规划理念和规划设计要素，如社区场所精神、邻里单元、居住密度、住宅单元、户外场地环境、停车位等方面，旨在为更好地建设面向21世纪的上海大都市居住社区提供参考．
Based on the statistics of questionnaire for surveying living environment and social psychology of residents in high rise apadrients in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the aspects that residents are most satisfied with and complain in physical and spiritual fields, discusses the relevant planning ideas and design aspects such as spirit of space, neighborhood unit, living density, housing unit, outdoor environment and parking place etc..
