摘要
目的调查老年门诊糖尿病患者口服降糖药物的应用情况。方法随机抽取含有口服降糖药的门诊处方658张,对口服降糖类药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果常用的口服降糖药物有双胍类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、促胰岛素分泌剂(磺酰脲类和格列奈类)和胰岛素增敏剂。单用口服降糖药物占36.93%,口服降糖药的联用率占63.07%,其中两联用药占50%,三联用药占13.07%。结论本院老年门诊口服降糖药物的应用基本合理。
Objective To investigate the application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the old out-patient.Methods A total of 658 prescriptions collected in our hospital were investigated stochastically in order to understand the situation of the oral hypoglycemic drug usage.Results The rate of single usage of oral hypoglycemic agents was 36.93%.The rate of combination with other agents was 63.07%,of which 2 agents was 50%,3 agents was 13.07%.The most commonly used 4 agents were biguanides,α-glucosidase inhibitor,insulin secretion（sulfonylurea and nateglinide） and insulin-sensitizing agent.Conclusion The utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the hospital is basically reasonable.
