摘要
通过对铁基催化剂的活性评价、XRD,TPR,TPD,积炭和比表面积的测定,发现助剂钾对催化剂的选择性影响显著,且有较强的抗积炭能力;助剂钙对催化剂的转化率、选择性影响显著。
Potassium and calcium promoters were studied by means of XRD,TPR,TPD,low temperature nitrogen adsorption(BET method)and carbon deposition on catalyst.Diethylbenzene (DEB)dehydrogenation reaction was used to characterize catalytic behaviors of catalysts.It was found that potassium promoters obviously affect selectivity of DVB.Selectivity was improved with the increase of potassium content.It was also discovered that potassium has good capability of preventing carbon deposition on catalyst.Calcium containing promoters influence the conversion of DEB and selectivity of DVB.In addition,calcium also can influences the particle size of catalyst.
