摘要
研究采用超临界 CO2 从扁藻中萃取 EPA和 DHA的最优化工艺条件 ( A2 B2 C3D3) ,得最高萃取率 EPA为91 .3 % ,DHA为 87.4 % ,该法比溶剂法优越 ,为开发和综合利用海藻资源开辟了新的应用途径。
The optimum technical conditions of using supercritical CO 2 extraction rate of EPA and DHA from Isochrysis galbana was studied. The highest extraction rate of EPA was 91.3%, DHA was 87.4 %. It was much better than the solvent method and provides the new applied ways for exploitation and utilization of the resource of algal.
