摘要
合理确定指标权重是装备研制风险模糊综合评价的关键。首先建立一般模型,分析专家评分法确定权重的不足,对其进行优化、改进;进而建立更加符合实际的风险模糊综合评价模型,使得评价结果更加客观、准确。
Rationally quantifying the index weight is the key of weapon system development risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This paper firstly establishes the general model,analyzes the shortage of quantifying the weight by expert evaluation,then,optimizes and improves the method,finally,establishes the more reasonable risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which can make the evaluation result more accuate and object.
