摘要
以大白菜5个雄性不育系06a085,06a086,06a087,06a089,06a099为母本,3个自交系A046,A049,A052为父本,按不完全双列杂交法配成15个杂交组合,对其后代F1的性状进行差异性测验,并对亲本性状的一般配合力和杂交组合性状的特殊配合力进行分析比较。结果表明,母本06a087的一般配合力正效应最大,父本A046和A052的一般配合力较大;06a087×A046,06a087×A052,06a099×A046的特殊配合力较高,可作为优良杂交组合。遗传力分析表明,最大外叶长、外叶质量、净质量、净菜率、中心柱高、小区产量和紧实度受加性效应控制;株高、株幅和最大外叶宽的遗传主要是显性效应和非等位基因的互作效应起作用。
Using nucleolus genic male-sterile lines of Chinese cabbages of 06a085,06a086,06a087,06a089,06a099 as female parents,inbred lines A046,A049,A052 as the male parents,according to the incomplete diallel crosses,15 hybrid combinations were taken the group to design.Then the F1 characters were carried on the different examination,as well as combining ability and other biology character analysis comparison.The results of combining ability analysis indicated that it was the biggest to the general combining ability effect of female parent 06a087,and the general combining ability of male parents A046 and A052 was bigger.06a087×A046,06a087×A052,06a099×A046 whose special combining ability are high may take the fine hybrid combination.The analysis of hereditary capacity indicated: the longest outer lamella,the heavy outer lamella,the net weight,the vegetarian foods rate,the high center pole,plot output and degree of ramming are control by additive effect.The effect of dominant and the effect mutually of non-allele had an effect in the heredity and the widest outside blade.
