脉冲电沉积法制备Pd-Pt合金纳米线及吸氢性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 氢气易燃易爆,在工业生产中,快速、准确地对其进行检测是非常必要的。采用AAO模板法制备Pd-Pt合金纳米线,电化学沉积溶液的配制如下:60 mmol/L的PdCl2+40 mmol/L的H2PtCl6.6 H2O+0.2 mol/L的H3BO3,pH值为5.9。实验参数选择设置为-0.4 V(1 s),0 V(3 s),沉积2 h,能谱(EDX)测得Pt质量分数为30%左右。 In chemical production,the in situ rapid accurate and quantitative monitoring of hydrogen has important significance for safety production because of its inflammable and explosive properties.In the study,we first prepared the Pd-Pt alloy nanowires with AAO as the template by potentiostatic pulse electrodeposition in the solutions of 0.2 mol/L H3BO3 containing 60 mmol/L PdCl2 and 40 mmol/L H2PtCl6·6H2O with pH value of 5.9.For pulsed electrodeposition,rectangular potential pulses were used.During each pulse,a potential of-0.4 V versus SCE was applied for 1 s,followed by a potential of 0 V versus SCE being applied for 3 s,with the effective electrodeposition time of 2 h.The energy spectrum suggested content of Pt was approximately 30%.
