摘要
产业结构合理化是产业结构研究中的一个重要方面,构建产业结构合理化评价体系不仅是对产业结构调整效果的测评,而且也是一国或地区进行产业结构调整与优化升级的参考系。文章总结了产业结构理论演进,进而对产业结构合理化本质进行了界定,在此基础上,从定性和定量两方面构建了产业结构合理化评价体系。
Rationalization of industrial structure is an important aspect on the study.Construction of industrial rationalization evaluation system is not only a result of the evaluation industrial restructuring,but also a country or region to industrial restructuring and upgrading of the reference system.The paper summarizes the theory of evolution of industrial structure,then we defines the essence of rationalization of the structure.On this basis,both qualitative and quantitative evaluation system are constructed to rationalize the industrial structure.
