摘要
基于LabVIEW设计了压风机组状态监测及故障诊断系统,通过利用虚拟仪器灵活的编程语言和强大的数据处理分析功能对系统状态信号进行采集、显示、处理分析及存储,进而实现故障诊断。介绍了系统软、硬件的功能与设计,对所涉及关键技术进行了研究。通过仿真实验表明所设计系统可实现对压风机组常见故障的监测及诊断功能。
Based on the LabVIEW,the system of conditon monitoring and fault diagnosis for air compressors are designed.With the flexible programming languages and powerful data processing function of virtual instruments,the system can realize the function of data collecting,displaying,saving and processing and analyzing to realize fault diagnosis.The structures and functions of the software and the hardware of this system are described,as well as the key technology.Simulation results show that the proposed system can implement the conditon monitoring and fault diagnosis of the system for air compressors.
