环境舱性能标定用甲苯标准散发样品研制及性能 被引量:2

Standard Toluene Emission Source for Calibrating Chamber Testing System

摘要 环境舱作为一种环境条件可控的测试系统被广泛用于家具和建材挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的散发特性测试,但目前尚缺乏用于对其测试准确性和精度进行校准或标定的标准散发样品。本文研制了一种液膜式甲苯标准散发样品(具有恒定速率的散发源),并进行了其散发性能研究。连续47天的测试结果表明,该甲苯标准散发样品散发速率等各项散发参数稳定,可用于环境舱测试系统精准度的校准。 Chamber system is increasingly used as an environment controlled method to evaluate furniture and building material VOCs emission characters.However there is a less of effective standard VOC emission source to calibrate the veracity and accuracy of chamber testing system.A kind of liquid-film benzene standard emission source with constant emission rate is introduced in this paper. Emission performance of the source was tested for 47 days to validate the stabilities of emission parameters,which can be used to calibrate chamber system.
