摘要
本文总结了各种历史建筑保护模式，并重点分析了：不同保护模式下如何体现历史建筑的文化价值；如何解决历史建筑的日后运营问题；如何节约建造成本、降低工程造价；如何不影响周边建筑、停车住数量等实际问题。同时针对上述问题，作者以某改造项目为例，通过具体的设计，阐明解决问题之道，并希望该设计的理念能够得以推广扩展，从而为历史建筑的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
This article summarizes the various protected modes of historical buildings, and analyzed： different protected modes how to display cultural value of protected historic buildings; how to solve the problem of historic buildings in the future operations; how to save construction costs, and lower project cost; how not to affect the surrounding buildings, parking spaces and other practical problems. For all kinds of problems, author use a reconstruction project as an example, through specific design, to clarify the road of solving the problems and hoped that the design concept can be extended, and provide some references to sustainable development for the historic buildings.
