摘要
分析了钢管T形焊接接头出现裂纹的成因，结果表明：裂纹属于层状撕裂；焊接过程中残留在焊缝中的非金属夹杂物，是产生层状撕裂的重要原因；由于T形焊接接头的热循环作用，钢管承受的热应力和结构拘束应力，是产生层状撕裂的必要应力条件。
The main causes appeared cracks in a steel pipe＇ s t-butt weld are analyzed, The results show that the cracks are part of the lamellar tear. The nonmetallic inclusion residual in the weld bead in the welding process is the important reason to generate the lamellar tear. For the t-butt we]d＇ s thermal cycling role, the steel pipe bears the thermal stress and the structural constraint stress, which are necessary stress conditions of emerging the lamellar tear.
