摘要
目的:建立一种气相色谱法测定原料药头孢罗齐中异丙醇残留量。方法:内标物为正丙醇,色谱柱为TPA改性聚乙二醇毛细管柱,分离效果良好。检测器为FID;载气为氮气;进样口温度220℃;柱温80℃;检测器温度250℃;结果:异丙醇平均回收率为99.7%。结论:该方法重现性好,精度高,克服了进样量不准确的特点。
Objective:Determine the content of isopropanol in Cefprozil with the method of gas chromatography method choose propanol as the internal standard,and separate each componet on a polyethylene glycol TAP capillary column.The effect is well.The with injector at 220℃,oven temperature was set at 80℃,and FID temperature at 250℃,the average recovery was at 99.7%.The results showed that the method is the characters of reproducibility and precision.
