比较替米沙坦、氯沙坦和厄贝沙坦对高血压伴糖耐量减退患者糖代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察替米沙坦和氯沙坦、厄贝沙坦对高血压合并糖耐量减退(IGT)患者糖代谢的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的门诊高血压合并IGT患者随机分为替米沙坦和氯沙坦、厄贝沙坦3组。观察治疗前及治疗20周后患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和餐后胰岛素(PINS)变化。结果:替米沙坦组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和餐后胰岛素(PINS)均明显下降(P<0.05),和氯沙坦、厄贝沙坦组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦除具有降压作用外,还可改善胰岛素抵抗,对改善糖代谢疗效确切,值得在临床推广使用。
