摘要
利用PVT-100数据仪对聚乙烯(PE)的PVT数据进行了测量,得到了比体积随温度和压力变化关系图,并由温度、压力和比体积的数据计算得出了PE的线胀系数(α)随温度变化的近似关系式,等温压缩率(β)随压力变化的关系式,以及压力系数(γ)随温度的变化关系式,并用Tait方程法也得到了α,β,γ的值,且与实验拟合值作了比较。
We measured the PVT data of polyethylene using PVT- 100 apparatus and obtained the graph of specific volume vs temperature and pressure. The correlated equations of linear expansion coefficients, compressibility and pressure coefficients are evaluated from the temperature, pressure and specific volume data. Moreover, Tait equation is used to calculate the data of α, β and γ, and then compared with those fitted with the value of experiment.
