摘要
对CS-1型、CS-2型、N型和改进N型4种国产高效催化剂进行了对比,分析了4种高效催化剂各自的优缺点,说明在现有的间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯装置上采用改进N型或CS-2型高效催化剂可以平稳地控制生产,并能显著提高生产效率和产品质量。
Four kinds of domestic high efficiency catalysts (CS - 1, CS - 2, N and improved N) were compared based on the catalytic activity, productive efficiency, product quality and material consumption in this paper. The result of comparison indicated that the improved N and CS - 2 catalyst possessed the characteristics which were of benefit to controlling the production of polypropylene smoothly in the existing plant, and improving productive efficiency and product quality remarkably.
