摘要
目的探索方便、可靠的预防接种单位客户端预防接种信息管理督导方法。方法在业务需求分析的基础上,根据预防接种信息化督导工作的业务流程,采取直接抓取预防接种单位客户端软件安装目录下的安装配置信息,连接预防接种单位客户端数据库统计分析,统计信息可以直接导出Word格式报告。在督导工具的设计中充分考虑督导工具的运转效率,采用临时表方式,不需要数据库软件支持。结果通过督导工具可以得到部分基本信息,如系统自动获取计算机基本信息和软件安装信息、儿童预防接种个案录入情况、儿童预防接种记录录入及时性与完整性、预防接种单位数据一致性情况等结果。结论预防接种单位客户端督导工具可以代替人工进行督导,完成客户端基本情况,数据录入的及时性、完整性评价,数据质量评价。使预防接种信息化督导工作达到了标准化、规范化、科学化。
Objective To explore the easy, reliable method of information management supervision for vaccination client unit. Methods Based on the business requirements analysis, to get installation configuration information under client software installation directory following business processes of information supervision, and to connect with client database for statistical analysis. Statistics reports can be directly exported to Word format. Considering the operational efficiency of the supervisor toolkit during designing, take the way of temporary table without database software. Results The basic information with supervision toolkit, such as the information of computer and installation of software, vaccinations recorded, timeliness and completeness of vaccination data and data consistency of vaccination unit were collected. Conclusion Instead of manual steering, the supervision toolkit could get the basic information of unit and evaluate the timeliness, completeness and quality of data.
