摘要
在水泥基材料中掺加纳米SiO2已有一定研究,但由于采用普通的搅拌方法纳米材料在水中不易分散,其增强水泥基材料的性能不明显。采用高速研磨搅拌、高速研磨搅拌+超声波分散等方法对纳米SiO2进行分散,纳米SiO2掺量为水泥质量的0.5%、1%,试验结果表明,采用上述分散方法试块抗压、抗折强度均明显提高。
The study of mixing the nanometer SiO2 in the cement base materials have been reported,in these reports,nanometer SiO2 was mixed by ordinary machinery dispersing method.Nanometer material is difficult dispersing in water by this method,and it is not obvious that the strengthen performance of the cement base material.In our study,high speed grind disperse,high speed grind disperse+supersonic wave were used to dispersed nanometer SiO2,the contents of nanometer SiO2 were 0.5%~1% of cement quality.The experiment result showed that the bend and compression strength of Samples increased obviously using these methods.
