摘要
本文简述了暂堵剂在多孔介质中的暂堵原理,研究了暂堵剂 Z D J98 的配方及性能。结果表明,该暂堵剂成胶、破胶反应速度可控制,在60 —80 ℃地层条件下形成的弱凝胶对中低渗透层能形成有效的堵塞,弱凝胶破胶液化后渗透率可恢复至80 % 以上。
ZDJ 98 consists of HPAM, crosslinker(a phenol formaldehyde reaction product), catalyst, and gel breaker. It is prepared as solution, becomes weak gel at 60-80℃ and thus forms plugs in the low to medium zones of reservoir formations and eventually liquifies and flows back from the wells. The gelation time and the gel breakdown time can be controlled by varying the composition. In core plugging experiments some 80% of initial permeability is restorable.
