摘要 可变角扫描荧光光谱法是一种新的荧光分析方法,它是在三维荧光光谱和同步荧光光谱的基础上,根据研究者所设计的扫描途径,用计算机控制仪器,对试样进行扫描测试获得特征荧光光谱。用此方法对有代表性的煤、石油、天然气样品进行了测试,发现荧光图谱随着煤阶的增加和油气的演变,呈现有规律的变化。这种变化可以用光谱的特征比值(T5/T4)进行度量。考查此比值与煤阶Romax的相关关系,列出了两者关系的数学表达式,初步证明了此比值可以作为表示煤阶的另一个指标。此方法比较简捷,获取的富有特征的图谱及量值化指标,为研究煤、油、气等化石燃料演变提供了很好的判断依据。 Variableangle scanning fluorescence spectrophotometry is a new method of fluorescence analysis. Based on threedimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and synchronous spectrofluorimetry, a variableangle scanning path is chosen by the analyst according to special demand, and the sample is scanned with the spectrophotometer controlled by a computer. This technique can provide simple but characteristic spectra and some indexes for studying the relation between evolutionary state of fossil fuels and their variableangle scanning fluorescence spectra. In this paper, we determine two group of coal samples and some oil and gas samples using variableangle scanning fluorescence spectrophotometry, and find that the spectra reveal regular change with rank of coal and evolution of oil and gas. The change can be expressed in terms of ratio T5/T4. The relative equation is given between rank of coal, Ro max, and ratio T5/T4 that may be used as another index expressing the rank of coal for studying the evolution of fossil fuels
