摘要
目的探讨邻指皮瓣修复手指末节指腹软组织缺损伴指骨外露的临床应用。方法选择2008-09~2010-09间,邻指皮瓣修复手指末节指腹软组织缺损伴指骨外露,并行指神经背侧支与指固有神经断端吻合23例。结果所有皮瓣均成活,随访6~18个月,皮瓣颜色质地和正常接近,手指屈伸功能好,皮肤感觉部分已恢复。结论手指末节指腹皮肤软组织缺损伴骨外露,操作简单、创伤小、手术时间短、术后无残端痛,是修复手指末节指腹软组织缺损伴指骨外露的好方法。
Objective To study on the experience of treatment on defection of finger phalangete pulp and bone exposure with cross finger flap.Methods 23 cases of such patient were performed with dorsal finger nerve and proprii anastomosis from September 2008 to September 2010.Results All flaps were survived after 6~18 months follow-up with normal color and quality,good function and recover sensation.Conclusion This method might be easy,less injury and pain with short operative time that should be good method.
