摘要
近年来长江流域农业的基础地位受到削弱,作为我国重要的商品在产品基地,国家应切实重视长江流域的农业发展.应注意开发长江流域的中低产土壤、冬闲田、红壤低山丘岭、湖泊围垦土地和沿海滩涂,提高水利建设的资金投入.提高抵御自然灾害的能力,加强农业生态环境保护.研究确定长江流域的农业布局和投资方向.实现农业市场化、产业化和现代化.表7，参4。
The standing of agriculture in Changjiang River valley is descending, as important agricultural products base, China should attach importance to agricultural development in Changjiang River valley. It is necessary to exploit low-yield land, idle land in winter, red soil in hilly land, enclosing lakeside land for cultivation and tideland, build water conservancy facilities to withstant natural calamities, protect agricultural ecological environment, research and define distribution of agriculture and direction of investment, develop marketable, industrial, and modern agriculture.
