摘要
目的了解华新镇社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度情况,并对其影响因素进行分析和总结,为改善社区卫生服务提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,对华新镇790名18岁以上居民进行健康知识知晓情况问卷调查。结果社区居民对华新卫生服务的非常满意为55.19%,一般满意为43.29%,不满意为1.52%。社区居民对设备设施药品价格药品品种少满意度低。影响满意度的构成要素进行调查,居民对社区卫生服务的服务态度、医疗水平、方便程度的满意度较高,分别为100%、98.99%和92.78%。造成居民不满意的原因以医疗设备、药品为主,对医疗设备不满意率占34.43%,药品价格不满意率58.86%。结论社区为居民对社区卫生服务满意度整体上有较大的改进空间,政府部门和社区卫生服务管理者应采取积极的措施来提高满意度水平。
Objective To study the health service satisfaction and its influencing factors in community residents in Huaxin Town,Qingpu District of Shanghai and to provide the basis of improving community health services.Methods A random sampling questionnaire survey was conducted among 790 residents who were more than 18 years old.Results Among the 790 residents,55.19% of them were very satisfied with the community health services,43.29% were satisfied and 1.52% were not satisfied.Residents were less satisfied with the equipment,facilities and drug price.The percentanges of satisfaction with service attitude,medical treatment level and degree of convenience were 100%,98.99% and 92.78%,respectively.The dissatisfactions were foused on medical equipment and drugs.The percentanges of dissatisfaction with medical equipment and drugs were 34.43% and 58.86%.Conclusion The government and community health services managers should take positive measures to increase customer satisfaction degree,for there was still a larger space for improvement of community health services
