摘要
目前全球都较重视抗肝纤维化的研究,介绍抗肝纤维化治疗的靶点,讨论如何在临床前通过体外和体内模型筛选出有效的抗肝纤维化药物。回顾抗肝纤维化药研究进展,总结临床研究的要求与存在的困难。
More and more research focuses on the anti-fibrotic therapy worldwide.The purposes of this review are to introduce the therapy targets of anti-fibrosis,discuss how to perform preclinical screening and effective development of anti-fibrotic drugs based on the in vitro and in vivo models,the progress of anti-fibrosis by chemical compounds and the summary of the demand and problems exist in clinical validation.
