摘要
本文分析了地勘单位相关的筹资风险、投资风险和经营风险，论证了地勘单位提高风险意识，充分关注风险的必要性和紧迫性，并提出了若干对策建议。
The paper analyses the financing risk, investment risk and business risk of geological prospecting units. It proves the necessity of strengthening the consciousness of risk in geological prospecting units and it puts forward some countermeasures about it.
