摘要
文章认为地质勘查业仍然是地勘单位的主导产业，商业性地质工作大有可为。文章分析了商业性地质工作的基本特征，论述了从事商业性地质工作的资源勘查公司运行的基本条件、组织模式和运行机制。对地勘单位改组为资源勘查公司应解决的几个问题提出了看法和建议。
The paper considers that geological prospecting industry is still main industry of geological prospecting units. Therefore, commercial geological project is very hopeful. The paper analyses the basic character of commercial geological project, it discusses the basic conditions, organizational pattern and mechanism. The paper also puts forward suggestions on transforming geological prospecting units to resources prospecting corporation.
