摘要
目的 应用非增强螺旋CT(NCHCT)比较输尿管阴性与阳性结石不同位置的结石大小和CT值差异,评价NCHCT诊断输尿管阴性结石的价值.方法 回顾性分析54例输尿管阴性结石的临床资料和NCHCT影像数据,与同期有NCHCT资料的47例输尿管阳性结石进行比较.结果 输尿管阴性结石者54例(53.5%),阳性结石者47例(46.5%),输尿管阴性结石与阳性结石CT值分别为399.4±254.2Hu和676.4±364.0Hu(P =0.021),大小分别为6.3±2.3mm和8.0±3.1mm(P=0.016),阴性结石组与阳性结石组的上段结石大小分别为6.4±3.6mm和8.6±2.2mm(P=0.020),中段结石大小分别为7.0±1.7mm和9.8±3.7mm(P=0.020),下段结石的平均大小分别为5.5±2.5mm和6.5±1.3mm(P=0.009),差异显著.结论 输尿管阴性结石与阳性结石的大小有显著性差异,阴性结石普遍较阳性结石小;NCHCT是诊断输尿管阴性结石的重要检查方法.
Objective To compare stone size and CT values of ureteral negative stone with ureteral positive stone, and to evaluate the value of diagnosing ureteral negative stone by noncontrast helical CT(NCHCT). Methods We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and the image data of NCHCT of 54 patients with ureteral negat!ve stones.All those were compared with data of 47 patients with ureteral positive stones at the same period. Results There were 54 cases(53.5%) with ureteral negative stones,and 47 cases(46.5%) with positive stones.CT values were 399.4±254.2Hu and 676.4±364.0Hu(P=0.021) and stone sizes were 6.3±2.3mm and 8.0±3.1 mm(P=0.016) of respectively the ureteral negative stones and positive stones.The stone sizes of negative and positive groups in upper ureter were 6.4±3.6mm and 8.64-2.2mm(P=0.020),in middle ureter were 7.0±1.7mm and 9.8±3.7mm(P=0.020),and in lower ureter were 5.5±2.5mm and 6.5±1.3mm(P=0.009),all of which were statistically different. Conclusions The difference of stone sizes between ureteral negative stones and ureteral positive stones was significant,negative stones generally were smaller than positive stones.NCHCT is an important method of diagnosing ureteral negative stones.
