摘要
目的 探讨不同切变率血浆黏度测定在观察血浆黏度变化中的作用.方法 用LIANG-100型水平细管式黏度仪在30℃条件下测试慢性肾病尿毒症期患者血液透析前、后以及正常人运动前、后,等不同状态下切变率分别为10s-1、20s-1、40s-1、70s-1和110s-1下的血浆黏度.结果 血浆黏度随切变率的降低而升高(P〈0.01);尿毒症患者10~110s-1切变率下血浆黏度透析前、后均具有显著性差异(P〈0.01),而正常人只有 10s-1和20s-1切变率下血浆黏度运动前、后具有显著性差异.结论 血浆黏度表现为随切变率的变化而改变的非牛顿流体特性,测试不同切变率血浆黏度用作血浆黏度分析符合血浆非牛顿流体特性的要求,低切变率下测试血浆黏度有助于分析血浆成分的细微变化.
Objective To investigate the role of detecting plasma viscosity(PV) in different shear rates for analyzing change of PV on disparate conditions. Methods The index of PV at 30℃ in shear rate of 110s-1to 10s-1 was determined from groups of health person doing exercise and patients with nephropathy in maintenance hemodialysis by LIANG-100TIPE viscometer.Results The index of PV increased significantly with shear rate decreasing.The PV in shear rate of 10s-1 to 110s-1 in the patient after hemodialysis was higher than before hemodialysis.The PV of those before exercise in shear rates of 10s-1 or 20s-1 was higher than those after exercise, but there is no remarkable difference of the PV in two groups in shear rates of40s-1 to 110s-1. Conclusions Plasma is non-Newtonians at 30℃. Determining PV in different shear rate is the requisit of plasma non-Newtonian;the PV in low shear rates may express the miner change of plasma on disparate conditions.
