摘要
公共图书馆的发展过程中,公平与效率两者之间相互对立,又具有同一性,两者能达到很好的均衡,即当边际成本与边际效益相等时,公共图书馆形成一定的"集藏规模",两者达到最优,实现可持续发展。同时,从理念、实践和研究三方面论述了提升公共图书馆效率的建议。
It is the unity in opposites of efficiency and equity in the development of public library,they can reach good balance,that is,when the marginal cost and marginal efficiency are equal,and the public library form ＂ scale collection ＂,both the marginal cost and marginal efficiency can achieve optimal,and realize the sustainable development.At the same time,the paper discusses how to promote the public library efficiency from the concept,practice and research.
