摘要
成就动机是决定个体能否成功的重要因素。文章采用《成就动机量表》对275名高职学生进行测试,结果发现:高职高专学生在MS、MF上的得分存在极其显著的差异,275名学生追求成功的倾向高于避免失败的倾向;国际交流学院学生与其他学院学生在MS上得分存在显著性差异,说明与其他学院的学生相比,国际交流学院的学生更加渴望成功。
The achievement motivation is the critical factor to determine individual success.It made a test on 275 higher vocational college students with ＂Achievement Motivation Measurement Chart＂.The results showed as follows： there was obvious difference in the MS,MF scores obtained,i.e.the tendency to succeed was higher than tendency to avoid failure;there was significant difference in the MS scores between international exchange college students and those from other colleges,indicating that the former is more eager to make success.
