摘要
为解决隔膜推杆前端螺纹断裂失效的问题,通过对宏观断口形状及断口处金相组织的分析,确定失效断裂的原因。对隔膜推杆的设计、加工工艺和装配方法进行改进。实际生产的结果表明,改进后隔膜推杆前端螺纹滑丝和断裂失效的问题的得到解决。
In order to solve the threadstripping and the fracture of the diaphragm connecting rod,analysis on strength,metallography,macro and fracture appearance was carried out on failure diaphragm connecting rod.According to the analysing conclusion,improved design,machining process,assembly method and so on.The practice shows that the effects of improvements are better solution.Such failures had never been happened after improvement.
