摘要
目的调查湛江市区健康人外周血白细胞VCS参数的正常参考范围。方法采用Beckman-Coulter LH 750全自动血细胞分析仪的白细胞体积、高频传导、激光散射(VCS)技术测定外周血白细胞的体积(V)、核浆比例(C)、胞浆颗粒特性(S),分析所测定结果。结果 1024名湛江市区健康人外周血的NEV、NEC、NES、LYV、LYC、LYS、MOV、MOC、MOS、EOV、EOC、EOS等参数的结果分别为139.5±5.4、159.9±6.2、144.6±3.8、83.9±2.8、123.3±4.6、63.1±2.9、164.1±4.6、133.6±5.9、87.6±2.3、158.9±5.9、161.0±5.9、197.9±8.1;男、女组间NES、LYV、LYC、LYS、MOV、MOS、EOV、EOS结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论建立血细胞分析仪的健康人外周血白细胞VCS参数的正常参考值时应考虑性别、年龄因素的差异,正常参考值的建立可确保VCS参数在临床上有效应用。
Objective To establish the reference range of peripheral blood leukocytes VCS parameters to the healthy people in city proper of Zhanjiang.Methods WBC volume,plasma-nucleus＇s ratio and plasma granules characters were measured with VCS technique by automatic blood cell analyzer.Results In 1024 blood specimens of healthy people,the volume,plasma-nucleus ratio and plasma granule characters of neutrophils were 139.5±5.4,159.9±6.2,144.6±3.8,and with 83.9±2.8,123.3±4.6,63.1±2.9 of lymphocytes,164.1±4.6,133.6±5.9,87.6±2.3 of monocytes,158.9±5.9,161.0±5.9,197.9±8.1 of eosinophils,respectively.There was statistically significant difference between male and female with respect to NES,LYV,LYC,LYS,MOV,MOS,EOV,EOS（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusions Peripheral blood WBC reference range established by blood cell analyzer is related with gender and age.Establishing the reference range of WBC VCS parameters may ensure clinical application.
