摘要
[目的]评估Pentacam系统和A型超声角膜测厚仪获得的角膜中央区厚度数据的一致性.[方法]应用Pentacam系统,对219人,共436眼,进行检查,分别获取角膜瞳孔中央厚度(作为角膜中央厚度,CCT)、角膜顶点厚度(CAT)和角膜最薄处厚度(CTT)数据;然后应用A型超声角膜测厚仪检测角膜中央区域厚度, 并对两种检查的数据进行统计学分析.[结果]Pentacam系统获得的角膜中央厚度为(556.42±35.00) μm,角膜顶点厚度为(555.69±35.02) μm,角膜最薄处厚度为(552.41±34.96) μm;超声角膜测厚仪获得的角膜中央厚度为(551.18±35.23) μm.两种仪器获得的数据呈直线正相关(r值均大于0.926,P值均小于0.05).经检验显示,Pentacam系统的角膜中央厚度和角膜顶点厚度与A型超声角膜中央厚度的差异有显著性(P<0.05);Pentacam系统的角膜最薄处厚度与超声角膜中央厚度的差异无显著性(P>0.05).应用Bland-Altman散点图方法分析,A型超声角膜中央厚度值偏低,更接近于Pentacam获得的角膜最薄处厚度值.[结论]Pentacam系统与A型超声角膜测厚仪获得的角膜中央厚度数据高度相关;在角膜厚度的整体观察方面,Pentacam系统优于A型超声角膜测厚仪;A型超声角膜测厚仪的角膜中央厚度数据与Pentacam系统的角膜最薄处厚度一致性好,临床工作中可以相互替换.
[Objective]To assess the consistency of the central corneal thickness measured by the Pentacam system and A ultrasound pachymetry. [Methods] Pentacam system was used to measure the corneal pupil center thickness(as the central corneal thickriess, CCT), the corneal apex thickness(CAT) and the corneal thinnest thiekness(CTT) in 436 eyes of 219 participators, and then A-ultrasound paehymetry was used to measure the centraI corneal thickness of them. The data obtained by two examination methods were analyzed statistically. [Results] By Pentacam system, the CCT was (556, 42±35.00)μm, and the CAT was (555.69±35.02) μm, and the CTT was (552.41±34.96μm). By A ultrasound pachymetry, the CCT was (551. 18±35.23) μm. There was linear correlation between the data by two methods(r〉0, 926, all P 〈0.05). Paired samples T-test showed that there was statistical significance between CCT and CAT by Pentacam system and CCT by A-ultrasound paehymetry( P 〈0.05), and there was no statistical difference between CTT by Pentacam system and CCT by A uhrasound pachymetry( P 〉0.05). The Bland-Altman plots showed that the CCT by Aultrasound paehymetry was lower and close to the CTT by Pentacam system. [Conclusion]The CCT by Pentacam system is correlated with that by A-ultrasound pachymetry, By the whole observation of corneal thick ness, Pentacam system is better than A ultrasound pachymetry, There is good concordance between CCT A ultrasound pachymetry and CTT by Pentacam system, so they can be replaced in clinical work each other.
