川崎病患儿治疗前后血清白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-17和肿瘤坏死因子-α的变化及其临床意义 被引量:1

Changes and clinical significance of serum levels of IL-4, IL- 17 and TNF -α in children with Kawasaki disease before and after treatment

摘要 目的探讨川崎病(KD)患儿治疗前后血清白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-17和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF—α)水平变化及临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测KD患儿治疗前后血清IL-4、IL-17和TNF—α水平,并以40例正常儿童做对照。结果KD急性期治疗前与治疗后血清IL-4、IL-17和TNF-α均高于对照组(P〈0.01),治疗后IL~4仍高于对照组(P〈0.01);治疗前后冠状动脉疾病患者血清IL-4、IL-17和TNF—α水平均高于同期非冠状动脉疾病患者(P〈0.01)。相关性分析表明,IL-4与IL-17、TNF—α表达呈显著正相关(r=0.712,r=0.634,P均〈0.01),IL-17与TNF—α表达也呈正相关关系(r=0.761,P〈0.01)。结论KD急性期IL-4、IL-17和FNF—α水平的升高支持细胞因子介导的血管损伤在川崎病急性期病理机制上起了重要作用,对预测冠状动脉的损害有重要临床意义。 Objective To investigate the change and clinical significance of serum levels of IL - 4, IL - 17 and TNF - α in children with Kawasaki disease before and after treatment. Methods Detect the levels of serum IL - 4, IL - 17 and TNF - α by ELISA in 40 patients with Kawasaki disease in acute stage before and after treatment. At meantime, detect same indexes in 40 health children. Results The levels of serum IL -4, IL - 17 and TNF -α were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment and control group( P 〈0.01 ) ,IL-4 was also higher than control group after treatment( P 〈 0.01 ). The serum levels of IL -4 and IL - 17 in CAD patients were higher than non - CAD patients be- fore and after treatment. Correlation analysis showed that serum IL -4 levels were significant positively correlated with IL - 17 and TNF -α in patients with Kawasaki disease ( r =0. 712, r = 0. 634, P all 〈 0.01 ), IL - 17 was also positively correlated with TNF - α ( r = 0.761, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The levels of serum IL -4, IL -17 and TNF -α changing in KD acute phase has supported cytokine -mediated vascular injury to play an important role on Kawasaki disease, which has important clinical signifi- cance to predict of coronary artery damage.
