摘要
运用专业有限元软件对新开发的CCD刀具预调测量仪的底座和立柱进行有限元分析与计算,研究其在公称力下底座和立柱的变形和应力分布情况,并分析构成底座结构主要部件对机身应力应变的影响。根据分析结果,对机身结构进行了优化设计,在保证机身刚度的情况下,进一步减轻机身重量,降低生产成本,提高了产品的竞争力。
A kind of finite element software has been applied to analyze the base and column of tool presetting and measuring instrument model based on CCD.The deformation and stress distribution of the base and column under nominal pressure,the stress effects of the main parts on fuselage have been researched.According to the results,the fuselage structure has been optimized.Under the premise of ensuring the frame stiffness,the weight has been reduced,the production costs have been lowered and the product competitiveness has been improved.
