摘要
目的探讨骨科住院患者的安全护理策略。方法分析骨科住院患者存在的不安全因素,针对原因寻找护理安全管理的有效对策。结果患者意外伤害发生率由0.26%下降到0.03%,患者的满意度也由实施前的90.0%上升到98.3%。结论针对不安全因素采取有效的护理措施,可降低不安全事件的发生,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the orthopaedic of hospitalized patients with safe nursing strategy.Methods to analyze orthopaedic hospitalized patients with existing unsafe factors to cause looking for nursing safety management effective countermeasures.Results patients accident injury incidence of 0.41% dropped to 0.10% respectively.and by patients satisfaction,prior to the implementation of 80.5% rise to 96.3%.Conclusion for unsafe factors to adopt effective nursing measures,which can reduce the unsafe incident,improve patient satisfaction.
