摘要
目的探讨双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法自2007年5月至2009年5月采用双钢板治疗肱骨远端骨折共24例,男16例,女8例;年龄21～76岁,平均39岁。按AO/ASIF分型:A型3例,B型7例,C型14例。按照不同的骨折类型采用相应的内固定并进行功能锻炼。定期随访了解骨折愈合和关节功能恢复情况。结果 24例均获得随访,随访时间14～36个月。平均28个月,24例骨折均愈合,按改良Cassebaum法评价肘关节术后疗效:优15例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率87.5%。结论双钢板固定治疗成人肱骨远端骨折,固定确实,可早期进行肘关节功能锻炼,可以获得满意的治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the result of treatment of distal humerus fracture with double plate internal fixation in adults Methods 24 adult patients with distal humerus fracture were treated with open reduction and double plate internal fixation from May 2007 to May 2009,included 16 males and 8 females with an average age of 39 years old ranging from 21 to 76 years.According to AO and ASIF classification,there were 3 cases of type A,7 cases of type B,and 14 cases of type C.Results The 24 cases were followed up from 14 to 36 months,averaging 28 months.According to Cassebaum system,there were 15 excellent cases,6 good,2 common and 1 bad,and the excellent-good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion It is an inherently stable and effective technique to treat fracture of the distal humerus by internal fixation with double plate,which allow early exercises in elbow joint and give good result.
