摘要
以模拟镍废水作原料,001×7强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为吸附剂,采用正交试验法研究得出强酸性阳离子交换树脂—镍溶液体系中分配系数的最佳条件是:树脂用量60 mL,模拟镍废液用量为15 mL,硫酸用量10 mL,其中影响最大的因素是溶液用量,其次是树脂用量,影响最小的是硫酸用量。采用单因素实验法得出:交换系数及交换容量与平衡pH值之间呈现直线关系,交换系数和交换容量随着平衡溶液pH值的增大而增大。
The analogue wastewater containing Ni was treated with 001×7 strong acid cation exchange resin,the partition coefficient of strong acid cation exchange resin-nickel solution system was studied by orthogonal test,the optimal treatment conditions were: resin amount was 60mL;the analogue wastewater containing nickel amount was 15mL,and sulfate 10mL.Among them,the most remarkable effect was solution amount,resin amount secondly,and sulfate influences least.According to single factor experiments,it was straight line relation between exchange coefficient,exchange capacity and pH value exchange coefficient,and exchange capacity were increased with increase of pH of solution.
