摘要
文章首先分析了改革开放以来河南省引进外商直接投资的现状,规模不断扩大,水平不断提高,但和中部其它省份以及全国平均水平相比,在投资总量、外资企业规模、投资行业等方面存在较多问题;其次分析了影响河南省外商直接投资的因素,发现河南省的市场规模、市场化程度和人力资本等因素与中部其它省份相比都存在较大差距,不利于河南省引进外商直接投资,河南省行业发展水平的差异是导致外资行业分布差异的重要原因;最后提出了河南省引进外商直接投资的政策建议。
Firstly, this paper analyses the status quo of FDI in Henan province since reform and opening-up, the result indicates that the total quantity and quality level is improving year after year. But there has some problems in aggregate investment, form of investment, industrial distribution of FDI in Henan province in comparison with other province in central region and average level of China. Then, it analyses the influencing factors of FDI in Henan province, the result indicates that the market size, levels of marketization and human capital of Henan province have a big gap to the other provinces in central region. The reason which causes industrial distribution difference of FDI is different industrial level of development. Lastly, it gives some advices on FDI in Henan province.
