刘璋四部才子佳人小说中反映了一定的现实内容,表现在三个方面：一是反映社会经济生活,肯定商人的地位和人格;二是揭露社会矛盾,维护儒家思想的正统地位;三是批判科举黑暗,反映知识分子的生活和心态。
There are certain contents in Liu Zhang＇s novels,featuring the beautiful bride and the talented groom,reflecting some realism.It reflects the social economic life,and approves the position and character of businessmen;it exposes social contradictions,and maintains the legitimate position of Confucianism;it exposes the darkness about the imperial examination system,reflecting the life and mentality of the scholars.
