摘要
目的探讨动态心电图对冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者的临床诊断及其意义。方法对30例诊断明确的冠心病患者应用12导联24h动态心电图进行监测。结果 30例冠心病患者中,检测出心肌缺血者27例,其中无症状性心肌缺血ST改变占76%。结论动态心电图对无症状性心肌缺血的及时检出以及对治疗指导有较高的临床价值。
