摘要
铬铸态球铁价格低廉,疲劳性能超群,工艺性能甚佳。本文试验应用铬铸态球铁替代原用的Cu-Ni-Mo合金球铁制造大型模具铸件。根据汽车模具的生产特点,采用消失模铸造工艺,制定合理的工艺方案,可以达到模具铸件要求,适合用作模具铸件的材质。
Because As Cast Ductile Iron Containing Chromium（CDlCC） has the advantages of low price,outstanding performance in fatigue and processing property,this topic uses CDlCC to take place of alloy ductile iron with Cu,Ni,Mo to make big mould.According to automobile mold＇s requirement,By using lost form casting.combines the characteristics of lost form casting,to implement an reasonable process scheme for the mould.this experiment researches the application property of CDlCC on mould.
