关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的MRI表现 被引量：13

摘要 目的:探讨关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(Pigmented villonodular synovitis,PVNS)的MRI表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析13例经手术及病理证实的关节PVNS的MRI影像资料和病理学资料。结果:13例中弥漫性11例,其中膝关节10例和肩关节1例;局限性2例,均为膝关节。11例弥漫性PVNS均见关节腔积液,其中6例髌上囊积液高信号中见低信号结节,7例前后交叉韧带表面可见不规则增厚的滑膜覆盖,呈中等或者中等稍低信号;8例伴有软骨及软骨下骨的侵蚀,周围有低信号硬化边;3例关节内脂肪垫受侵并被推压移位;6例增强扫描显示增厚的滑膜均明显强化,2例局限性PVNS表现为单发性低信号结节伴关节腔积液。结论:MRI能准确显示关节PVNS的病变范围和程度,具有明显的特征性,有定性诊断价值。
