摘要
本文报道一种以黄连素~四苯硼酸根离子缔合物为活性物质、以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和癸二酸二丁酯(比例1∶1)为增塑剂的PVC膜黄连素化学传感器,其线性响应范围为1×10^(-2)~5×10^(-7)mol/L,斜率为57.8mV/pC。用该传感器测定了药片中的黄连素含量,结果与药典法一致。
A chemical sensor sensiting to berberine was described in this paper . The membrane of the sensor was composed of poly (vinyl) chloride as basic membrane matrix and berberine tetraphenylborate ion associate as active material and dibutylphthalate and dibutylse-bacate in the proportion of 1 : 1 as plasticezer. The response of the sensor was linear with the concentration of berberine in the range of 1×10-2- 5×10-7 mol/L and the slope was 57. 8mV/pC. The sensor had been used to determine the berberine in the pharmaceutical tablet,the results is conformed with that determined by the method of pharmacopoeia.
